REAL TIME HELP No oil in T-Case

the transfer case was the only clean oil...

the front diff was ugly thick and metallic looking with lots of peanut butter on the plug and metal shavings..... may have never been changed... when I did my 91 the first time it was much worse.... The rear was OK just a little peanut butter on the end of the plug...

When I picked up a filter I was given a tiny filter, told the guy it was the wrong one (O'Riely only place that sells WIX filters) mine was a shorty but regular circumference.... Went home no large filter wrench, went back bought filter wrench, remove filter and brought it back (FRAM brand) 3 trips later I had the correct filter the first time..... (while looking for a 24mm socket found large oil filter wrench) After seeing/knowing this:

I freaked when the drain plug was not where i expected it to be......

stuck my finger in the holes of the skid plate no drain plug opened the other plug and the allen screw on top and nothing... freaked out...

I have never worked on my 91 without a smoke or five and a few vodkas for hydration only....

the PO flucked around with the electrical system and the rear windshield washer switch turns on the front and rear does the front... found some spliced wires under the dash that make no sense....

I plan on removing the center console and putting in something better with cup holders and a place for my 12lb mutt to sit besides on my chicks lap. the stereo wires have been cut along with other crap under the dash... this moron did some other half A$$ repairs that I need to figure out how it was factory original...

the 91 even had more speakers that the 97 lexus.... WTF is up with that....

BTW I have removed all of the running boards it looks more cruiserish now....

The windshield washer and rear window washer are run from the same pump. The reason it runs both is because the valve needs rebuilt. Common on the 95-97.

The FSM is on here for free with .pdf.
