Here are some pics of my truck.
It is a '95 SR5 with a 3.0V6 factory sun roof and ALL the other SR5 options. Also has K&N air filter, flowmaster exhaust, and Rancho adjustable shocks.
I bought it in May of '03 from a guy in San Jose with 97k on it in near perfect condition. The motor had just been rebuilt at a Toyota dealer because of the head gasket problems the V6 had. It was my first Toyota and it is everything I hoped it would be.:)
I love everything about the truck except the longer I have it the more I want more power. It sounds like that everyone with a 3.0 V6 is in the same boat.
I am liking the look of some of these Lexus V8 swaps. (drool)
I am pretty new to this so if the pics don't come through I will try again.

My Garage Thread <- alot of DIY in there

*near future mods
-just got a set of OME Dakar rear leafs with a Marlin Crawler U-Bolt flip kit
-T-100 caliper and rotor brake upgrade (just need to install), already have the 1-1/16" master cylinder installed
-upgraded headlight harness (already built with dual relays, but not installed yet)
*not so near future mods (> 3 months)
-modify rear bumper for fold down tire carrier
-NWMP 14 gallon aux fuel tank (already have the tank, but need to move the spare first)

Here is my 1981 Pickup. When I towed it home about 6 months ago, it had no tranny, 112K miles, and was bone stock on flat 1980s tires. It sat for some time but the interior is near perfect and the desert doesn't rust em'.

Pretty much replaced anything made of rubber on the entire truck, as well as: new radiator, new clutch hydraulics, new trans, rebuilt front driveshaft, new brakes, new rear wheel seals, vacuum lines hooked up the correct way and vacuum leaks fixed, new motor mounts, and then all the other normal basic tune up and fluid replacements all around.

I have done minimal mods:
- 33" BFGs on 2.75" BS rims
- Aussie locker in the rear
- Rock sliders
- Trimmed front fenders, with firewall BFH treatment
- Bobbed the bed 16"

Next is power steering, as I have all the pump and box stuff waiting. But the front springs are completely shot. I plan to make a hybrid front/rear pack and do the steering at the same time. Then fix the super greasy and leaky knuckles and get a doubler and lower xfer gears.
