Who's running aftermarket radiators? Any fitment issues? My local shop quoted $950 to re-core my clean 3 owner radiator. He said he couldn't put a later core in because the size was different, im guessing thwy went 3 core to 4 core but websites are showing aftermarket radiators fitting 58-84

I have used the radiators from CCOT without any issues.

Everything is expensive these days, that quote for a re-core seems to be the going rate.

Sorry Ige, no FJ25 ones.

New OEM late-model rads are under $400 at the dealership and fit right in if you just want something to work.

Thank you for checking and thanks to all on the conformation that later models work. I need something to work. Rad shop laughed at my radiator

Does anyone know the measurements of the one core? I think i found a three row brass, if so I wonder if that core could be swapped into my tanks?

Are the 25s the same as early 40s?
Yes, 2BJ 22100 is the radiator part number in my January 1958 book.
Same number in my February 1961 book

Same number in my October 1962 book
16400-60010 April 1964 book

So I Do have 2 used early radiators with the horizontal cooling fins. I will ask my radiator shop for a cost to check them out.
They do weigh twice as much as a later 3 row stock radiator. Some photos below.
The green is paint overspray on what I think is the oldest radiator.
