Can you pull the codes again for all systems on the vehicle in OBD Link?
No, it's at the mechanics and it's raining cats-n-dogs down here. For the next several days! So I can't even walk over to check even though they're only about a mile away.

*EDIT: Just called and found out he took it to another shop that's better at codes than he is.

I'll be getting my baby back in a few hours at a total cost of about $2,800.00.
They were able to get every code cleared. Turned out there are some fuses that are under the fuse box in the engine bay. There were a few that were blown under there.
The only thing they couldn't clear is the flashing suspension (!) in the binnacle. I didn't have it before even after I got it from being lifted and all, back 5 years ago.

My new question is how to put that flashing (!)? Is there a plug (or something) to fit in there that'll read a closed circuit?
Acrad??? Any ideas???

Geez sorry to hear it had to go this far to find fuses under fuses 🤦🏻‍♂️
Hopefully you can get that last light cleared 🤞🏻

Is it just flashing <!> symbol? or are there other lights and messages?

What residual codes are still being detected?

The mechanic says all the codes are clear, the /!\ is not flashing, it's just on.
Nothing else is on and drives fine, albeit, I haven't been on the freeway yet or a long drive.
I be driving a lot tomorrow so I'll see if anything else pops up. I'm not expecting anything, I think it's clean, just that /!\

Finally got the 'ol girl back. Had to stop at the bottom of my street and watch the storm a wee bit before planting it in the driveway.

Not sure on that one.. I don’t recall anyone reporting that behavior before without another light or error illuminated.

You may have to resort to disabling the bulb for that one

That would be GREAT! to just remove the bulb and then I can also get rid of that annoying AFS light too!
Where in the world do you find these videos! Yeah, it's in Russian, but the visual is enough to figure it out.
Not sure if I can remove the LED's, if they're soldered on a PCB board, or just black out the little recess they're in. Either way it'll work.
Although my best choice would be if I could actually find the problem and not have to red-neck it.

Sorry, but I have to back-peddle that, "That would GREAT!" statement.
Just went for an hour drive to visit one of my vendors and the little monochrome display in the very center of the binnacle that I like to keep the outside temperature displayed would constantly change from the temp or whatever I had displayed to "Air Suspension Error" (or something like that.
I'm going to have to figure out how to do it right... Ugg.

On another unrelated note, I did fix something and I didn't blow up anything electrical!
I fixed my torn drivers seat. It was really starting to bug me.
This is the before picture.

I decided to just sew it! We had some thread very close in color and started stitching.

And here's the final product.

I couldn't be happier with the final job! It looks as good in person as it does in the pictures.
If you look really close, within a couple of inches with good eyes you may see the thread.

Awesome job on the seat!

I purchased this 2013 GX 460 Premium edition around May, 2018. Only had 38,000 miles, very clean and stole it from a Lexus dealership for a little over $32,000. It was previously a small Korean moms car. Deduced this by:
  • When I pressed the seat memory to see where it landed, I had my knees crushed into the dash (I'm 6'0") when it finish. Conclusion: small woman.
  • She still had time on her Sirius radio and the presets were set to Korean channels. Conclusion: she was Korean.
  • Candy rappers and parts of toys in the passenger seats. Conclusion, must be a mom...
I don't think the sun roof was ever opened. There was still plastic rapping that covered door sills. And for sure she never, ever off-roaded it!

So, now to the good stuff. I purchased my armor, suspension and wheels from Metal Tech (in fact most everything was from them. I don't have time now to list everything, but I'll post more pictures and info as I have time.
NOTE: YotaMaster did all the work!!! Owner Eric Hansen was great since this was their first GX 460 and there is NO dual battery brackets presently for them. His team had to fabricate one.

So aside from what is seen in the photos, here is the short list of what can't be seen. I have front and rear ARB lockers, re-geared (already forgot what the ratio is), dual batteries, ARB's twin compressor, Yaesu FTM-400XDR ham radio, front led light bar and proximity lights on both sides of the rack. Gamiviti roof rack. I-Kamper roof top tent.

Not sure when I can get back to add more details, but I will. I'll try to do a list of everything done including sizes and part numbers as necessary.

View attachment 1834691The YotaMasters crew. I'm the guy with the goofy happy smile on the far left. The big Viking looking guy is Eric Hansen, owner. It took a long time for them to do the work, partly because this was a unique rig for them. Example, trying to keep my proximity sensors working properly with the new bumpers. Metal Tech was still building some of the armor I needed and had to wait for that. As mentioned before, had to engineer a dual battery bracket which came out awesome! There was definitely a wee bit of a learning curve for the guys at YotaMasters working on something like this, but they did a GREAT job! Here is YotaMasters link: Yotamasters - Quality parts and service

Hey, your truck is artwork! I am curious, is your skycamp a king size unit? asking because we have the 3.0 in king and are considering buying a GX, but not sure how it would fit on this truck! yours appears to sit very well... TIA! DS

If you mean is our iKamper the large one, yes it is. It's an early one before they made the other sizes, so we don't even have the quilted world map in the inside, just the quilting.
Amazingly comfortable, warm in 30°F without a ton of blankets or extra layers. Even in wind it quite quiet if I'm situated so the wind hits the hard shell. My wife and I have timed opening and closing.
Open: 90 seconds
Close, including tucking in the sides: 3 minutes
We've had it for about 5 years now and the only thing that there's an issue with is the front window plastic has cracked with a slit. But it's kept up on top 24/7/365 and we live in So. Cal so we get some warm temps.
My only other issue is that it does not have racks for our surfboards or paddle board. Really wish it had rails for racks on the sides.

Took a little time to put together a small chart of some of the specifications between the 460 and 550, now that they're being released.
But what I put together here is a little easier than having to track it all down yourself.

Apologies, Excel doesn't copy over very well.

I thought the 460 width is without mirrors and the 550 width is with mirrors. I think the cab shell is roughly the same order of magnitude, dimensionally.

Holy crap that 550 is a fat pig. I weighed my 460 with me in it (~235lbs), another ~100lbs of bumper (with accessories), larger wheels/tires, ~30lbs stuff in the back, and a steel core car seat ~35lbs). And I came up with just under that weight. LOL
