It is getting a little cluttered under here but I used all Toyota clamps and rubber isolators. Diff breathers, elockers, fuel lines, vacuum for t-case and rear brake line all in these pics. This is where the radius arm and sway bar brackets frame side mounted. Stock brackets were removed so some reconfiguring of the fuel lines was required. Since the LSPV has also been removed I went ahead and bent up the rear brake line. It was mounted first so it is buried under the rest but isolated using Toyota brake line clamps.

If you get one of these from @orangefj45 you may need to change the adjusting bracket. On the 1PZ I had to since it would not line up with the new alternator.

This is the part # for the correct one to fit the alternator.

It is plug and play on the 1PZ.

Nice and affordable upgrade in my opinion.

Nice OME shock absorbers; I will be interested to know how they feel on highway and off road.....
That new alternator adjustment bracket was required due to the case size ?
Nice catch can setup....

Had to play with two Cruisers that showed up yesterday. Got a few things done on the PZJ70 though.

Wiring harness all refurbished and ready to install.

Few other things going on as well.

Got these, one of the connections is different but no biggie.

Rubber brake lines installed. I used a stock length front as it does not need an extended. Same for the rear. Had the rear dropped when I put the BP51S in. All good and will test again when the truck is running.

Clutch rubber line is in as well. The hard line pictured is original but I did bend it a bit because I moved the frame bracket a little forward.

Need to test fit the inner fenders. I will be sealing them to the firewall and outer fender with seam sealer. When the sealer is applied it is one shot, taking it out because I didn’t check first will be messy and make more work for myself.

Cheers

It took some effort but this cleaned up nicely.

P/S is all plumbed except for the high pressure line.

I may toss the column shaft it it so I can steer it. The Cruiser really needs a bath, probably pull the truck out for that today or tomorrow. Just about there though on starting it.

Cheers

One of the reasons I try and replace a lot of the hardware when I do these builds is that it just wears out. 29yr old bolts. I don’t always have the chance to change it all, that’s a lot of hardware but every once in awhile I get reminded why I do what I do.

Got these test fitted, I have to lift the body to test fit them. They fit well and I believe the shocks won’t be a problem either. So I finished painting them and am very close to installing.

As with the rest of the alloy on the truck, it takes some effort to get rid of 29yrs of discoloring, funk and all that. Cleans up nice though with some effort.

This is an old busted nut from before I purchased the truck. Before I install the inner fender on this side I wanted to deal with this. So I pulled the valance.

I figured I would give this a try before cutting and drilling.

To my surprise it works! Quick easy fix, I like that.
