Great day at the Outdoorsmen Swap meet. Lots of So Cal Cruiser club members. We enjoyed tacos and telling race stories.

More upgrades. With the Holley sniper we needed more air flow, A trip to Kortias tire and the parts store I put together a new 3 inch in cab pre filter system. Today I will get everything painted and secured. Leaving September 5th for Salt Lake city and Cruiser Fest.

After thinking about it. I remembered having the tube mounted on the motor and firewall it would slip from the vibration of the motor ( all that torque ) now we have enough stretch tube to move without undo stress on anything
That looks more like a moonshine bottle sized cork to me. From what I've been told.

Great story. Racing Barstow truck backfired We out to to check it out. Josh whilleded the plug. Never did find the cap LOL

Well here's the big announcement. We did a pre tech during World of Speed week. We passed tech and a year from now we're going back and set a timed land speed record on the Salt Flats in the 45.
