PTO for a VDJ79?

I'm looking for a PTO solution for a new VDJ-79 that I will purchase. The new 79 platform and the 1VD-FTV engines are non-negotiable for my application.

Anyone know what options are available?

So far I'm finding nothing with regards to a PTO.

Having quick look at the way the transfer case is made, I dont see any provision for a PTO gear.
However this tread might help as the pto unit looks like it has the same bolt pattern as yours.

Toyota announced some time back that they thought it was unnecessary along with the hand throttle. What did you want to use it for?
These days its not too expensive to use an electric motor to run a hydraulic pump to power cranes etc.

Swap the transfer case from a hdj79. It still has the pto provision. Same t/case otherwise. Hf1a

roscoFJ73 - I agree that an electric motor would be a good alternative, but it’s custom vehicle with a specific customer requirement for a mechanical PTO.
