That's got to be a great feeling...I know when we were finishing up my rebuild on the bored motor It was a very exciting time.

Good for you Gary. It looks like it belongs there.

Nice job.

I must have a missed it... What did that air filter come from?

Thanks in advance...

Andy

I've talked to Dan a couple times in the past two days and he is very motivating about your set-up. I didn't think your truck could get any cooler, but I was wrong.

Wia components used so far, will the build plate model be changed to read

UZJ 145T ?

[ T for tundra components]

:D

I started off this morning parking my 97 lx450 in the garage, jacking it up to find the right hieght and thinking maybe I was overbuilding my FZJ80 with custom frt/rr adjustable radious arms and coilovers. I told myself to go read MUD for a while... Several hours later, I've read your build and I'm back on track. Your build is incredable. Would love to do the 4.7 in my 80 aswell some day.

kuddos Gary!

Exhaust is done. Truck sounds awesome. Never knew a Toyota V8 could sound so good. I will get the 4WD shifter mounted tomorrow, get the fan shroud made, do a final weight documented, and I should be good to go. Try to get some pics tomorrow of the final engine bay shot.

My name shouldn't even be in the same sentence as Foose. BUT, its pretty well done other than wiring the center difflock in. It did a cool single track burnout though.
