I start looking at what all I have to do , is there two floors on the drivers side , I've included a floor shot and a underside shot , then they took and added a brace to the support channel, how would you correct that ,

The quality of the welding explains a lot. There are a lot of gaps to collect dirt/junk and promote rust, too.

I would remove any added pieces (that fine angle iron), study a sound/unrusted truck, and fabricate (correctly) the missing metal pieces and weld them in.
