Did you wrap it or just lay some wrapping paper on top? Lmao!
Guessing you didn't use a heat gun, squeegee, and the alcohol/water spray to make it smooth
That was the only pic I took... When I laid the vinyl paper on the hood.

After that, it went downhill quick.

I have all of the tools needed to do the work. (heat gun, squeegee, exacto knife, alcohol/water spray, etc).

I was doing it on my own and didn't noticed it moved on me.

I'm thinking about driving my 40 out to Cincinnati in September so I've been driving it around a lot lately to shake out any issues. The one thing that's dreadfully poor are the headlights. I've had this Toyota H4 conversion kit on the shelf for a couple years and finally decided to install it. As you'd expect from a Toyota kit like this it went in easily and worked without a hitch. The only thing I had to do was round out the ring terminal on the negative connection. The instructions said to use dielectric grease on all the connections and for some reason my aerosol tube of it wouldn't squirt out so I made a trip to Napa to pick another up. As I'm buttoning everything up my 4 year finds and asks me what this little white tooth paste tube looking thing is. :bang: Of course Toyota put a little tube a dielectric grease in the kit. Looking forward to a night time test drive to see how much better these Koito H4 are than the knockoff Westinghouse/Wagner combo I had in there before. For about $35 this kit is a heck of a deal.

You'll be pleased with the difference they make. I sure was

The only thing I don't like is that they stick out a little more than the OEM head lights.

I have 1/2 the IPF kit they don’t stick out as far. Didn’t get the relays but it was free.

Just watched a vid today by profits resurrections and they mention a hack to get rid of the bug eye look. Gotta weld a sheet metal ring in the headlight housings to deepen it.

I was thinking that also but That’s only going to get him an extra 16th of an inch.

There should be a rubber spacer between the bib and the bezel. Short pieces of fuel line will work well. That's why your bezel is scratching the bib.
