Update:
We are done with our old house - it closes April 8th. We close on the new place on April 14th (hopefully, still wrapping up details). We are renting back our old house for a month and will move our stuff and the family out the first week of May.
We picked up a place off 64 and Mount Gilead Church road in Pittsboro. 1.6 acres - hoping there is room someday for a workshop, but until then, it has a two-car and a walk out basement. Appears to be very well built and just needs our personal touches
