So its looking like the bank aka the "Wife" is going to free up some money for this project My question is for those of you who swapped in a 5.3 Ls. Did you get Marks Advanced adapter or just the Advanced adapter. Running the factory 4 speed for now with hopes of a h55.

Both sources work. Mark’s may have “tarrifs”. If you can do an in tank fuel pump. Those frame rail ones are not great.

I used the AA with a H55. I didn't think I would like the little jack shaft in the Mark's system. I'm guessing it would be fine, but I had to pick one.

Mine uses an NV4500, so I have the AA transmission to split-case adapter. Picked it up used.
