I'm 90% finished today. Need to wire the Holley pump and filter. Bought the ebay 20 gal tank but i dented the corners the clear the body bones and exhaust so i think im left with around 18 gal.

I have a new problem now of not getting enough gas to fill both tanks when the card stops you at $100 like in @ontopofm's post. Otherwise I am getting 450+ miles to light coming on.
That Holley blue pump can run dry, at least for a while so not too big of a deal. I just transfer when I drop below 1/4 tank and generally shut it off about 20 minutes or so later when the factory gauge gets up over 3/4 full and stops going up.
@ontopofm , is that an S10 Blazer tank? If so, I have the same one I'm planning on putting under my 80.It looks like you're leaving the stock pump in the tank, and drawing through it with your Holley? Any reason you didn't just use the pump that was in it? (that's what I'm planning on...along with a gauge)

The Holley Blue can run dry for hoursIm sure it is not recommended but mine has done it without issue more than once.
$100 and not full I paid $1.99/gal yesterday![]()
