hi sorry for the late reply. Yes you will replace the whole ECU and use the same key. the ECU is for 98-02 4.5L 1FZFE Gen2. We also have another ECU for the 93-97 1FZFE that we call Gen3. Both ECUs look the same but the pinouts are different

I was reading the info on your site and I am curious if your ecu works for a coil on plug conversion. I have a US mkt 93 obd1 1fzfe.
