Making me Dizzy o_O:confused::alien::rofl:

You're not the only one. (Un)check(ed) list still includes replacing cracked exhaust manifold, replacing steering shaft ujoints, reinstall rebuilt power steering gear box, reinstall repaired radiator and modify/reinstall rear slider (aka receiver hitch). And a bunch of optional little things.
Adrenalin is a great motivator.

Holy cow, that's a pretty long list. I still need to Carnuba wax and condition the leather, so yeah I'm under the gun. :)

16 days until we leave. All the time in the world...everything on hand except the power steering box, which is being rebuilt at W. Texas Offroad. Also awaiting new cover for the rooftop tent, which is supposed to be here today. (Don't tell Bob but I still need to install the sill plates he brought me at last year's Party. Think I can probably squeeze that in.)
Helps to be retired...plenty of time. But, with no real deadlines and plenty of time, nothing seems to get done.

The entire state is good for events. My trips this past year :D

I'd love to catch up with whoever is corralling these hogs on phone call to discuss options. I'm headed to the desert right now but will be around all next week.

Hi Kurt,

We don’t necessarily have a single person coordinating the PP events. It’s been a potpourri of ideas by the brotherhood of the 55 knights.

Now that it looks like we're going to make the trip, I'm playing catch up.
So where is the online reservation at the lodge? Which restaurant is it?

Hey Kurt,

How its been working so far is that this group starts throwing around ideas. To date, June 21 has been the starting point then someone starts throwing out trail ideas. So far it's been a base camp with day trails (that's not to say the trail thing cant' vary) its just that the majority of swine travel extremely long distances on very short legs and need a place to just sit and have a wallow.

As a weather person might say "it's an atmospheric river" as Forest Gump would say "it's like a box of chocolate's" as a hippie might say "where's the dobby and the hot tub" or ultimately as a pig WOULD say " where's the biggest badest mudhole".

This way if the weather goes bad or there's a missing chocolate or someone forgot to fill the hot tub or already smoke the :censor: there's no one to blame, but there will ALWAYS be a mudhole somewhere.

Here's to PP 2019, good weather. lots of chocolate, giant hot tubs and foremost, pork belly for all.

Thanks. Like others, I tried calling, but only got a recording. Did everyone just send in an email request for reservations? That's what I just did.

It may be easier to have another with a reservation increase their party size, rather than try to get one of your own.

My brother in law tried to get a 5:45 reservation, but they were unable to accommodate his request. He didn’t mention I’d be there at that time.

I emailed the lodge and asked if could change my reservation from party of 4 to party of 8 and they immediately responded that they could, no problem.

It's not looking good. The tires I ordered at the beginning of April are still a few weeks out.
