Hey folks,

I don't know much about 55's, but there is one in a field just weathering away near my home...it's been there a year or so and I don't know if it's available, but if someone is willing to do some door knocking it may be worth it...or not:confused:

It has a rag top...

Go knock on the door and tell them your a junk man! Ask them if they have any old metal junk. Nicely offer to haul off there old CAR in the back! hook up to it and drag it to my house.
 
That just a hop and a skip from my house....i have to drive by and take a look
 
Looks like a '71, the license plate light mounts underneath the license plate. The light housing is notorious for rusting out.

As far as I could tell the back glass was the only thing that was broken...

I drove by and asked about the PIG. Guy I talked to said his buddy bought it for parts a while back and was storing it there. He took my # and said he would have the guy give me a call. He said there has been a lot of interset latley...not good for keeping the $ down.
 
I drove by this afternoon and saw that it was gone...I didn't look to see if it was moved somewhere else on his property.....:meh:
