Heys guys I know this is a long shot but I thought I should atleast ask.....

I'd love to have a Denso "clam shell" style heater for the resto. I am doing with my father on his '64LV and I know some of you guys have them and maybe even have a spare. So I have a 1958/59 owners manual plus some other hard to find FJ25 literature I'd be willing to trade for the denso heater if anyone is interested. Shoot me a PM if you want to talk.

Thanks guys:cheers:

Might try to get in contact with John (Landpimp) I believe he had one from a LV. I know I have one and MIke (FoxFab) have one but I think these were just a little different than the one John had. There were pictures at one time in the FJ25 treasure thread at one time but I think all you see now is a white box with a red X. But might be worth a read anyway. Probably in the first few pages.

Thanks John, did you see over in the 45 section where Whitey45 just got a new '63 LV with the Denso heater option........ that is what got me thinking.

I was just over there and read thru his thread. I have never seen a outside air kit like that. I'm won't be able to check my early micro-fiche for a few days but now I want to check to see if the kit was shown. If nothing else gives a idea of how to do a outside air kit.

I will document and take some better pics of this set up in the near future. If anyone has a close up of the fender mounted mirror , I know it is non existent, but want to reproduce it as close to possible.
