I knew the neoprene will show everything under once glued on. So while I do have half a mind to leave it be and not spend any more money, it is still cheaper that factory headliner would be, even with the extra layer I have in mind.
Got the rear wire harness ran too.
On to carpet and seats next. Had to take steering wheel off to replace the hazard switch. Was all in one piece when I removed it. Can't explain how it's broke now. I have a donor column, so I'll be pillaging.
And carpet is in. But not before removing the fuel tank to run the wire, and scouring the boxes of parts all day, to find the rubber grommets that go in the floor to cover the holes.
Seats are in!!
But then the fronts have to come out. I used donor seats that were nice and clean but have a couple nicks. I detailed mine, and back in they go...tomorrow. Next, doors and crap.
Replaced front seats with my old ones which were in better shape... hung the doors and found that three of them have some gauges in the paint. I have no idea how this could have happened. I pretty much got sick to my stomach to say the least. I'm not erven posting any pics yet...I have to get over this. The three doors may need repainting, but I may just decide to leave it be with just touch up.
F*ckery!
Got all the film peeled off all the glass and managed to throw in the rear doors' quarter pieces. I have dug all the bags with the hardware and the kits that go in the doors, so that happens tomorrow. Also threw in the mirrors. Been slow these last couple weeks.
I am shopping around for weld yer own exhaust kits. Also debating maybe getting a full 3xhaust out of Australia.Gotta see where I go with that. Also, getting factory bumpers for it, so the Kaymars will probably be sold. Any one interested, let me know.

Guys, need help with locating a set of Bilstein 5100's. Apparently there aren't any, anywhere on the internet. Am I to assume that they no longer make them for our 60's? What else does everyone recommend? My truck has a 2" lift. I didn't really want OME. I like the Billsteins, have them on my pickup and they are excellent.
Any thoughts?
Ignore above, went with Ironman shocks.
Didn't bolt on the lift gate, cause I needed gaskets...but in the end, I found the damn gaskets in my stash! Who knows when I bought them. Lift gate is on as well.
Hatch in, hatch glass in as well, wiper motor in, working on getting the latches and all other stuff buttoned up.als9 installed new lift gate struts. I have to hold the damn thing, otherwise it goes flying up.
