Got the AC lines connected, I welded the one that broke long ago, back together. Not sure if it'll hold, but if it doesn't, I can get any toyota line, male female and bend it to suit. We'll see. Now onto the next thing. Cleaning the interior and painting it.

Ac line didn't hold. I ordered a bend your own, hopefully that will work. Pfffttt.

Can you tell whet this is connected to? Is it your pressure switch from the ac??? That's where I have confusion. The wiring diagram isn't too easy to read.. oh, and ofcourse, thank you!!

I meant to attach this

Good news is I have A/C! Great! This comes on the heals of some bad news, I seem to have an oil leak and it's coming from the rear main area. What a pain in the ass! I wonder what the hell happened. I put in a new oil seal, made sure it was seated properly. This is a major setback for me as I was making great progress. It will take me at least a day to tackle this laying on the concrete floor on my back. Now, I have tackled this job before also in the same manner, so not too worried but what a bummer!
I will try to continue with the interior and other things and put that off a bit as I'm pissed right now.
Hey, at least I have A/C.
BTW thanks @pistonpete, that was the Pressure switch connector bud.
Cheers.

U know, there was a slight groove on the crank, just a tad, but that was there when I replaced my rear main before and it didn't leak. I drove the seal just about 90% of the way in to ensure the lip wasn't riding in the grove. I think I may have missed something, perhaps the retainer gasket. I don't remember putting it in!
Will see once it's apart....again.

Today I spent a dreaded 6 hours on my back to get the tranny out and see what's up. Turns out that the rear main seal was not leaking. I did however find that the oil pan gasket, just under the rear main retailer broke and disintegrated, leading to the leak. I am not sure why, as it didn't look like it was distruebed when I installed the rear main retainer. Anyway, I'm glad I got in there to finally get this issue resolved. It's all back and buttoned up, but I need a new oil pan gasket. I'll order OEM this time. I've taken no pics, too busy getting it done.

Nice!
BTW, is your Kaymar going back on? I am reconsidering to go back to stock also but I have a long range fuel tank so spare would go in the back.

I'm considering selling the kaymars, but only if I find some good factory bumpers. I don't want to spend money on new ones, not sure if they even exist anymore. The kaymars are newly powdercoated, reason why I m still kind of holding on to them.

I am now at the point of painting the interior, so I can get the doors put on, carpet, all the interior goodies.

Looks like I'm ready for some dynamat or equivalent. Is quiet crap still.made?
I used some amazon product in my pickup, worked a charm. Think it's called killmat.
Wondering if I should probably get the same.

Seam sealed the basterd real well,! Sound deadening arriving today. Will try and get that in the truck tomorrow. Also thinking bout the route I'll take for the headliner. I'm thinking Joann fabrics.

Got some headliner material, went with....neoprene. cause it's squishy.
Let's see what comes of it. Not going for show car looks here, just a cover
