There are a few competitors, alucab just came onto the scene with their shadow, OKoffroad is the distributor. equipt1 has the bat and the manta. The latter i picked up and have been very pleased.

Yep, very familiar will those three. I am still waiting to see if the Bat/Manta will hit the rear spoiler of the 200 series when the hatch is open.

Don't forget Bundutec as well. Bundutec USA is in Iowa & they are great to work with & super helpful!

Hi gr8ful
How do you like your Bundutec ?
In the market for a 3 sided awning for my 60.
Thanks

Be on the lookout for some used ones that come up on expo portal, they are coin well spent though. looks like most of these self supporting foxwing type are in the 900 1100 range. the foxwing itself is cheaper but not self supporting. The alucab shadow is pushing 1500 with shipping, but you can hang off the damn thing as its built pretty stout.

I wanted an Ostrich Wing for a long time but ended up with an AluCab Shadow due to availability at the time. Both are now available and are the same price in the UK. Having lived with the AluCab for a while and compared it to the Ostrich Wing, I'd say the AluCab is a better product. There are a few annoyances such as water pooling between the arms when it rains but the strength is considerable. I have never had to deploy the single leg or use the guys, not in torrential rain nor quite significant wind. The ease of set-up encourages regular use and is a really asset when camping.

Nice, i had a tough time deciding, the eezi awn was avail in the US when i was looking, but a moth later ok4wd became a distributor for alucab. DOH. Ive been very happy with the manta though. I got the 270 + version with the extra awning piece for more coverage.

Hell yeah! Been thinking about a Foxwing by end of summer, but a lot of the places I go have quite a bit of wind. This would be way better.

Bought the Bundutec which should arrive here in two weeks.
Will have to fab a bracket for my roof rack so it will clear my RTT.
