here is what our furry kids did the last time it snowed in NC. By snow I mean more then 4" at once.

Denver just hanging out in his domain. A snowball fight with mom...

Nowadays these two just enjoy long runs in deep snow. Here's hoping both the dogs, Sgt Pepper (100), and I receive more then 6" on the mountain to play in.

Our Jerky

I got a package for christmas that included their sriracha jerky, mojo jalepeno, habenero buffalo and ghost pepper buffalo.

All tasty with some heat. The ghost pepper was easily edible but I wouldn't recommend doing what I did and eating the whole bag at once.... it was tasty as hell but shot my stomach for loops later in the day.

Also got some of their mojo habenero hot sause and the reaper hot sauce.

Reaper I would only recommend using to spice up some ranch dip or something... the one I got was ultra concentrated and sucked any other flavor out of what I put it on.


Also got a great man crate from Andrea for xmas

full of exotic meat jerky... one of the best gifts i've ever had. The Venison was awesome as well as the Elk, can't comment on the rest as i've not tried them yet but looking forward to the bitbong

Like usual WRAL completely Fcked up the weather forcast. Shame on me for even getting my hopes up on snow. I should have known better especially given Greg Fishel's track record of royally screwing up winter forcasts. So it looks like me and the boys will be loading up here soon in search of real snow to go play in. Trying to decide between heading to Greensboro area or somewhere in VA. If anyone got hit particularly hard with snow let me know. At this point I am willing to drive anywhere in the state or VA to take my boys sledding.
