I started with LRA, who sent me to a contact at Kaymar. We swapped emails and discussed shipping, then radio silence. Very strange. You would think they could sell enough of their gear over here to make a dealer and a small stock on hand worthwhile. Maybe their slightly utilitarian, "not very sexy", working bumpers don't tickle the fancy of the US buyer. Maybe they're just too expensive with shipping.

This same thing happened to me when I was looking to get their Hi-Lift mount.

Direct comms via email, then radio silence for a month to tell me it would be like $600 to ship the mount.

I passed at that price point and will figure something else out.

Clutch, clutch master. Rear seal, H150F rebuild started by Cruiser Tech in Laguna Hills California.

Transmission has been rebuilt, new synchros, new heavy duty clutch.

My local shop was trying to install my double baffle brake booster from the T100, but saying they couldn't get it to work.

Based on other threads, was under the impression that the T100 double baffle booster was a relatively simple swap. What went wrong here?

Do you have some photos of the double-baffle booster? I've got a T100 and a Troopy in the driveway... may be able to have a look-see and help out on this.

Visiting family in Florida right now. They said there had been some "creative solutions" done in my engine bay that they'd need to show me directly.

Will report back, but thank you in advance Joel!

Got the truck back from Cruiser Tech in Laguna. They did great work on the clutch and transmission rebuild, but now having a couple other issues.

I had them install a new power bastards alternator in prep for my build out and eventual dual battery setup. However, now my battery light stays on, and so does the air filter light.

My clutch slave cylinder also is now leaking, unsure why they wouldn't have just replaced while they were in there.

Finally, they said they couldn't use my double baffle brake upgrade. This is what my setup looks like @Honger

Little confused as to why they couldn't get it to work.

Ugh, worm-drive hose clamps. Get those out of there. ;-) Too bad about the slave, but that's often how it is - the other parts working properly/strongly now putting stress on the non-replaced ones. That's why often it makes sense to follow your "while I'm in there" instincts.
Did they replace the heater core? That's a very, very common failure on Middle East trucks. (As in - pretty much guaranteed). I would strongly suggest replacing it if not, otherwise it's a terrible mess - and an immobilized vehicle.

Instead of posting up on MUD, have you thought about addressing the concerns and issues with the shop that did the work?
Yes, working with them time now. They said they're unsure what is causing the battery and air filter lights to come on because of the chopped up wiring harness I got from Oman.

They'll work the heater issue and slave.

This vehicle never had heat, I got the heater sent to me and added it myself.
