Have had the rig since June. She is my daily driver. Haven't made it to any events, but hope to do so in the future. I have already gained a great deal of information and support from this forum and others.

Picked up this 1990 FJ62 last weekend, after @GLTHFJ60 posted it. It's got a 5.3 and H55 installed, done by iron pig offroad about 7 years ago with new parts. It has an OME lift done at the same time. Started baseline today with an oil change and fluids topped off.
It needs a rear hatch and tailgate, big dent in both, tires, hubs re-done, seats, all new fluids, and a stereo...as a first round.
Then, AC fixed, body work, and paint.
I'm ready to get it on the hiway and open it up.

Looking a steel or wagon wheel for a spare, if you know of one cheap. Doesn't have to be pretty.

Cool truck! Your hatch does not look that bad, should be able to pull that back out. Can you post some better pictures of the hatch and gate?
Thats all I've got at the moment. I've got it parked about an hour from me at the moment, until my 4runner sells.
Added a new cruiser to the fleet. I was looking for a LC 200 but the LX won out. It had manual AC Buttons and a better warranty.

Gentlemen, just completed a Holly Sniper EFI install, new fuel cell, re-curve dizzy & complete de-smog on my 1981 FJ40. By far, the BEST improvement for this vehicle. Driven about 400 miles to date and system continues to "learn". Purchased the kit from Cameron Mosley and he was a great help; always answering questions via text, e-mail & phone!

very nice - what size tires are those? And do they stand out as far as they look in the pic or spacers, maybe? Or is it jsut the angle that makes them look out... either way, very nice.
Thanks! They're 285/75 R17's so basically 34.5's and no spacers. They stick out probably about an inch and a half to two inches
