Wife's next car after Prius V:

2015 Tesla

She has low vision and we are hoping this will help by the time we can afford one :)

Tesla Model S Tops Ratings - Consumer Reports

I have only ridden in one via Uber in Phoenix, but I was sold :)

That's actually quite a good price! I'm one of the 300,000+ that put down a deposit on the Model 3 when it was first announced. While it won't replace one of the beloved Cruisers it will be nice to have a daily driver that doesn't require such frequent (or any) stops at the gas station.

There is a D120 or whatever the fast sedan is called in my building...... If I had the cash i'd rock it

There is also one of the roadsters in my work building that someone was telling me has been modified

and I have 18"s but you are in Seattle, ya Yeti!

What rims do you have right now? I got a '98 white hundy about 6 weeks ago and have been considering getting some 18' Tundra rims for it and 275's. The PO painted the current rims along with the grill and badging.

18' tires are much less plentiful to choose from. I have 18's on the 80 and because of that I only have a couple choices in a 40" tire. The ones on the truck now are discontinued. 16 or 17" wheel many more to choose from. That's a little less of an issue if you're in more common tire size.

the 18 inch KM2s barely flex when you let air out. Thy still look pumped up. The 16s have more sidewall and flex more.

There is a '97 black 80 series that just got put on the yard at LKQ today in durham.

I'm heading there tomorrow morning first thing and after brake unions and related s*** but can look for other stuff if folks want. You ask for it then you buy it ;)

No clue if it has locker but if it does I'm likely to come home with them...why not, right?

So.....I bought a '94 LC recently bc I was thinking about taking the suspension (King 2" lift...springs/shocks) and rotors/calipers off and moving them to my LC....then I thought that I dont want to do double labor on taking stuff off and putting it back on, etc.

Basically, 3 is a crowd, and I think the '94 would be best in the hands of someone that wants to tinker and have a project. Needs some attention. Seems to run fine.

Definitely a project but works and runs. I don't know the maintenance history, so I would baseline it immediately if you want to drive it regularly. PO took it to Colorado and has owned it for about 4 years.

The good: LC has a pretty new 2" King suspension, new rotors and calipers, roof rack is beefy. Cranks every time. Rear heat. A/C. 4wd works and shifts smoother than my '97. Drives pretty well. Tires in good shape (re-treads). I have taken the carpet out and pressure washed it and painted the interior trim pieces to clean it all up. Carpet still not great. Engine is strong and transmission shifts nicely. 4wd engages easily. 219k. Slee headlight harnesses.

The bad: no bumpers, lots of body rust (front floorboards are real rough and need to be cut out I think), but I don't see any issues with frame rust at all...which is strange. No radio or speakers. Was triple locked but at some point lockers were replaced with no lockers. Probably needs a new cat. Needs battery. Seats are leather but someone did a shoddy job of re-upholstering on the backs. The snorkel needs to be re-attached at the bracket. Windows are slow. Sunroof raises but doesn't slide. PS door lock is there but fallen into the door. The LEDs on the rack are not hooked up and I might take those off.

Title is a salvage title due to being stolen once upon a time in New York. I will have the NC title soon.

Probably some stuff I am leaving out....PM me with any questions. I have a ton of pics of the good and bad. I am going to put the carpet and seats back in this week sometime and will get some interior pics. Then I might start taking small things off of it....LED lights off the roof rack, etc.

I might also consider trades for other LC stuff. Heavy duty bumper, suspension plus install, brakes/rotors/calipers plus install, winch, etc etc.

I can take credit cards too.

If anyone here would like to discuss...please PM me.

Thanks.

D@mnit! I need to get both of those to my place. The 40 to rehab, the 80 to back-half and wheel.

TR6 still for sale. I have more pictures if anyone is interested.
