Looking at that AHC adjustment/"sensor lift" for the front, do you think an alignment is needed after?

Even with just leveling out the front, would that warrant enough of a change in the resting geometry?

Yes. Unless you sensor adjustment is less than say .5". A typical 1-1.5" sensor lift will need camber, caster, and toe adjusted. Make sure the alignment shop is not lazy and just adjusting toe.

I have the DBA rotors and Hawk LTS pads. No lockup problems. I don't know how there isn't a problem with the ABS. If the wheel speed sensor shows it locking up, it should pulse, regardless of tire, rotor, pads, etc.
Yup, my first thought. But no warning light, and two different repair shops said no ABS issues. Next time I’m at a dealer, I may ask them to check it out. But first I will probably put the stock wheels nd tires back on and try it out.
What year is your rig? I notice my 2009 with upgraded Tundra sized rotors is a bit front biased but only really shows in super low traction environments like snow and cold rain.

Can you supercharge the brakes?
Yes! When I put the SC on my LX570, I added a Powerbrake X-line Big Brake kit as well. Stops on a dime.

We’re in the process of making this 2013 LX 570 look, feel, and drive brand new again. 95% of maintenance is new - just need new fluids for diffs and tcase, and need to replace heater T’s soon. We have also reupholstered the interior with @nomadcruisers and just did 5% tint with @timstint, both in Colorado Springs. The difference both inside and out is impressive.
Anyone care to guess the mileage on this 13 year old rig?

Looking at overall condition, I would say roughly 210-220k miles 😜
