Anyone on here in either one of the Lafayette cruiser club and the bayou cruiser. I was on member of them on face book and got off face book to devote my time to other things (fj55) and the family. Wanting to link you with the guys and meet one day. I live in the mid Louisiana and I am really wanting to try and go to SCC this year.

We have quite a few LLK members who are also BSLCA (Bayou State Land Cruiser Assoc) members. And I am assuming the Lafayette cruiser club you are referring to is the same as BSLCA as I have never heard of that club. I have been a member of BSLCA for a couple years. The La Land Krewesers are based in the Mandeville / Covington area and have a large concentration of members in NO and BR but we have members all over the state and all over the country. You are welcome to come meet up with us as well as the BSLCA folks. Between the 2 clubs for the last 2 years we have had around 25 rigs at SCC. Where in La are you and what kind of help do you need?
I figure some of you guys might be interested in plating some parts from your trucks when you fix them. This is yellow zinc or cad playing. I'm working on a list of bolts and hinges to get a quote for some of my projects.

I wish I would love to be at hawk. As of right now I'm driving. That may change but I can still pick them up and put them in a bag or something.

Ouch! I hope everyone was ok. I see 4 vehicles with front end damage and no rear end damage. How the hell does that happen?

Aw man, that sucks. Hopefully yall are ok. The truck looks fixable as long as the frame didn't buckle behind the bumper.
Yeah the bumper definitely saved the truck. We're all good. My wife is a little sore.
Haha well the 4runner hit some ice in the east bound lanes...I pulled over to see if he was ok in the turn lane when some idiot decided to lock on his breaks causing a red dodge 3500 to swerve to miss him, he then hit a patch of ice and hit me first going about 35 to 45 in the front passenger corner....his whole passenger side went down my front bumper until hit flat bed caught my headlight hoop and tore it off. He then went into the west bound lanes and hit the silverado pretty much head on. So I try to be about good guy and check on someone who was in a wreck...then I get in a wreck. At least I can say out of all 4 vehicles....mine was the only one to drive home. The other 3 had to be towed.
Yeah the ice had pretty much just formed. It had snowed about 2 inches yesterday and it wasn't until about 4pm that the roads got slick.
Thanks man were doing good. I think the truck should be ok....just hoping there's no frame damage. It drove home just fine.
