Thanks for the part numbers... Will order these when the running boards unexpectedly fall off;)

Needed front flaps after removing factory running boards. Used this thread. Called CDan. Got the parts. There is some discrepancy on parts needed.

Each side, I used:

One flap
One steel bracket
(3) 10mm fine thread bolts
(2) 10mm coarse thread lag screw looking things
(1) snap-in clip doohickey

Easy one banana job. 30 minutes.

It helps to turn the steering towards the side you are working on. Also, I used my floor jack to raise the truck to get more working room in the fender well.

Thanks for this thread.

Welcome and thanks for the link! You'll find this forum is the best bet for anything Cruiser related.

Hey thanks for the welcome! Unfortunately I am having trouble locating the hardware (bolts and screws) on that website i supplied, otherwise I found the rest of the parts.

Anyone know the dims of the bolts and screws? I might see what I can pick up from my local ace or copperstate before I head to toyota parts department.

Oh nathan.... no you didn't. hahaha

Here are the part numbers for my '07 LX 470. The flaps and clips are different part numbers. Are they actually different from Toyota parts I have no clue.

Drivers flap (1): 76622 - 60070
Passenger flap (1): 76621 - 60080
Drivers Bracket (1): 76642 - 60020
Passenger bracket (1): 76641 - 60020
Bolts (6): 90119 - 06779
Screws (2): 90159 - 60576
Clips (2): 90467-10187

Thanks for this, Been looking for these part numbers for a while. Know its a old thread but i just stumbled on it!

An fyi: if your truck came with the brackets like mine and the exposed bolt hole is rusty, its a two second job to clean the threads up with a 6mm-1.0 tap. Five minutes to take brackets off and thirty seconds to clean up the threads.

I did do some trimming to the flaps to accommodate the Rock Rails from Land Cruiser Products (Phil is a vendor here)They are an excellent product and I highly recommended them. I included a couple photos for reference which shows the flap I added to protect from splash through.

Mine doesn't line up at all. I used the part numbers provided in my post above. I would have to cut into them to make it doable.

All the LX guys, what part numbers are you using?? @slowprogress, did you figure out what the issue was with your set?
Agreed, I got burned on a LC cruiser roof rack cover part once, so important to know the LX 470 part numbers. Thanks for all the research guys!
