Get the blaster. You can write it off as a business expense and offer it as a service. Just make sure you wear a respirator and don't blast the 200.

Like the color. The dune beige is cool too though.

Just got off the phone with @beno .

Placed an order for:
5 Steelies
5 Hubcaps
4 sets of lugnuts
2 Taillight assemblies
1 Emergency Brake Rebuild Kit
A few boots and small items too

Now, I need to order the OME Darkar Suspension and a set of 5 BFG 33/10.5 KM2s from @wct49 . I'll have to wait for him to get back from Alaska first though.

Got a TON done this morning.

Removed skid plate, bump stops, battery tray, heat shields, distributor, driveshafts, steering box, rear struts, all remaining wiring harnesses, all remaining brake lines and associated brackets, exhaust, engine mount bolts, and most of the remaining soft and hard fuel lines.

Also gave it a good pressure washing.

The engine is floating on the frame and is ready to be pulled.

Thanks, and thanks for the help again.

So can I get some help from those of you in the know?

I am going to want to remove the axles and leaf springs soon. What's the best way? Jack the truck to take all the tension off, or is there a better method?

my steering box is leaking; tried to remove Pittman arm to no avail.

Should I just cut the shaft to remove my arm? I'd hate to destroy the box, but I've already broken a gear puller trying to get this arm off so I can attach it to my new PS box

I've only got propane; it'll never get hot enough

Go to Autozone and borrow a pitman arm puller. They are always hard to get off without the proper puller.

^ That's what i did. AND i had to soak it in Kroil as well. Was a multi day process...

Soak, couple turns on the puller, soak couple turns on the puller...over and over. It eventually just popped off.

My solution:
