They use robotics too!Burlesque show. Or maybe WWE.
and I just realized how similar those two things are...![]()
Thanks. They worked very hard on it till we left Victoria.Congrats to them - Fantastic result!

The downside of throwing out the book and building something in a completely new way is that there are dozens of ways things can fail, and no one has blazed the trail ahead of you. So they had to charge ahead, troubleshoot problems that came up, and find solutions.
WOWMmm. Rat poop.

Out with the fpe stablok death trap.
Table saw breaker is getting weak, not worth replacing on this scary old piece of crap.
Had hoped to mount the new panel vertically, but I think I'll have length issues, so horizontal it is I guess. Unless my wire stretcher becomes more effective
Special thanks to whoever decided to use that 1 piece of EMT conduit I'll have to shorten without cutting the wires.
Finally will get a proper welding circuit too. Suspect I've had some pretty brutal voltage drop at the end of miles of skinny wire.
Totally explains why I'm a sh!t welder![]()
Lol, not yet.WOW, nice work!
Yeah once I got it in place and laid things out, I realized I'd need a junction box even if I put the new one in horizontal .You could add a gutter box above the panel and splice for length…I’m with you on the damn sideways panel board being “wrong”
Hey if I'd known you needed Stab-Loc breakers, I had a whole panel worth of them that came out. Although, I think I probably tossed them after the Square D panel was wired in. The electrician said that you likely wouldn't need a welder to be able to weld with those breakers.Yeah once I got it in place and laid things out, I realized I'd need a junction box even if I put the new one in horizontal .
So if that's the case, ****it.
Putting it right way up. What's a few more connections.
Yeah the electrician at work said something like, " Stablok are great. You can weld with a 15 amp breaker because they won't trip"Hey if I'd known you needed Stab-Loc breakers, I had a whole panel worth of them that came out. The building inspection report made it sound like there were a few breakers that needed to be swapped out. When the electrician was done we had two new panels, and most of the older part of the building rewired. Everywhere he looked he found more and more poorly done wiring. The scariest was the 40 amp sub panel that they connected directly to the 400 amp service with no breaker.![]()
