I’ve heard it called a boot. I call it a sleeve.

Is it just a rubber rectangular tube? If so, I have one. I was hopeful that Toyota made it out of rigid material. The rubber sleeve is a pain to re-install and while it fits somewhat tight it nonetheless must be secured with zip ties.

that doesn't look like the stock boot/sleeve
the stock one is flexible but also formed, as it isn't straight, it has an off set to it from 1 end to the other
