Moving it to the front. Might do aftermarket knuckles in the future but not at the moment.Moving it to the front with a right-hand drive arm? Or using hellfire/ruffstuff knuckles?
Oh I have, just decided not to. Might in the future. A few people have been wheeling the factory front axle on 40's and haven't had many issues unless you use a lot of skinny pedal. Thats not my style so I should be fine but I guess we'll seeNot considering doing a 9.5” front axle ?

WhyI pity you
Because you can't hammer down, obviously
I don't really care to since I don't feel like breaking s***.Because you can't hammer down, obviously
CoolI'm with @nukegoat. That's probably why my front diff is in shambles.
Worth
Right. Sad. You want me to start you a gofundme?I don't really care to since I don't feel like breaking s***.
Yeah im not worried about it breaking even though we weigh so much more, but I don't drive like an idiot. There will always be a weak link anywayYou'll be fine. Don't drive like an idiot and the diff will hold up. Plenty of minitruck guys running the HP 8" diff with 40s and not breaking them.
It's gonna be the weak link, but learn how to drive with it and it will work for a while.
Getting it buttoned up! Sitting on its own weight and just little things to do now. Going to pick it up Friday assuming limit straps come in by then

Everything has 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of paint.Damn, looks slick!
What did everything get painted with? I see lots of shops out west (via the internet haha) just spraybombing suspension and frame modification projects for customers. Where I live aerosol paint lasts less than a year so we have to use stuff like imron or base/clear if it needs to stay looking nice and not rust.
