I'm all up and running again! Is this run still going to happen? Have to see what's going on but I'd definitely be interested in a night run.

Good to hear you're up and running! Runs still on, not sure where we're headed?

Mr. Wonderful, any thoughts???

Only question is whether or not I should bring the baby again... ;)

My thoughts:

A) I read all my forum stuff on an iPhone, which has a white background, so your yellow posts are extremely difficult to read :)

B) The snow is melting and heavy with water, which turns to ice easily. I got the truck stuck and had to winch in my own driveway yesterday. Of course, I'm also vexed with Bridgestone Duelers, the most horrible tire in existence.

C) I think given the current situation of the snow up here, I feel we should still go to Rainbow Falls as planned, but stay away from Missouri Gulch. I think we could give 347C a shot, maybe head up 351 and cruise Rampart.

OK, no more yellow. ;)

Rainbow Falls sounds like a blast!

Yuck I had that crap the beginning of last week! Thats part of what took so long to get my seals and bearings done.

... Maybe we can meet up at 3 or 4, hanging out by a fire while everyone gathers, then put out then fire and go at dark or a little before?....

3-4ish still sounds good to me. Anyone else have any thoughts on the matter?

Seems to me meet at 4. Do some wheeling. Stop and have fire/food. Wheel a bit more and head out.

Moonrise isn't until 6:40 pm. If we time it right we could stop at a place with an overlook to the east and watch the moonrise while we have a fire/food.

So..... how about meeting at the Western @ 3:00, then it'll be about 4:00 by the time we chit-chat, get over to the air down spot at Rainbow Fall, air down, chit-chat...... then start wheelin'.

Sound good?

So you are going to air down this time

So it is at 3:00/3:30 meet/depart at the Western.

They have lane closures going out Hwy. 24, don't know what kind of delay there will be.

I'll be sportin' my new tires Saturday :steer:

Cool!

OK... Saturday, around 3ish at the Western, bring some dinner...

Andrew, you want to update the original post? Thank you sir.

Looking forward to it!!!

Official 100 series track of the night run is...

"Night Stomp" by the late, great Albert King ( Enjoy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OPBKYnZtbA )

Lotsa cool "night" themed songs out there, but since Kyle can't make it and I know he's a fan of the blues, this ones for you (so, I guess maybe it's the official XTerra track of the night trip...???).
