First, I'd like to start by saying "thank you" to this board and all it's members. The wealth of knowledge here is priceless to anyone in the market for a 100 series. I lurked for a few months, learned a ton, then purchased a 2004 Colorado born and raised Land Cruiser. 90,142 miles, all stock except for Sirius radio and Iphone integration.
I have 3 young kids who LOVE the outdoors, so we spend a lot of time in the Colorado mountains....... we couldn't have chosen a better vehicle. I can't say that I'm an off roader..... I'm a fly fisherman who likes to get off the main road. This 100 series is mainly for camping, fishing, and 14er trailheads. I'll keep the mods pretty modest (tires, roof rack and maybe sliders) but a banged up stock bumper is probably in my future, so we'll see about a lift and front/rear bumpers later on. I live in Centennial, CO, and I've seen Romers and a few other 100 series Cruisers around town....... that's what got me started! We'll see what happens next.
Again, thanks to MUD and it's members for the information that can be found on this site. I spent a little time on Mosquito Pass before fishing the other day just to get off the pavement! I've learned that these threads are useless without pics, so.......

Man I wish I could live their so I could enjoy my LC. You are very fortunate. Nice truck too.

Nice Score. Mesquito pass is a nice trail to get to know your vehicle. You should go with us to Red Cone some day

I just saw a bug fly by and bite you...

Romer...... "say when" and I'd love to tag along! I bought this truck to use it!. I'll probably sleep in 100 times, drink beer off the tailgate 5,000 times and permantly affix fly rod holders to the interior!

Nice rig Paf!

You're going to love how she treats you.

Oh yeah, since no one wrote it, the "obligatory" first mod - get the running boards off or you're liable to get flamed!

It's all good though. Enjoy!

Congrats on the purchase. I agree that it would be fantastic to live someplace where I could actually use mine like you get to do!

nice ride.. that's a nice color! enjoy it with the family :grinpimp:

Congrats. Welcome!

Welcome fellow Co owner, nice to see new members, great forum to learn from, really valuable if your a do-it-yourselfer.

Welcome to the club! You're going to love your new rig!

Congrats and welcome. Great looking truck and great pics!

Welcome! Fellow CenCO resident here too. I see a few silver Hundys around town...give me a wave if you spot my ARB and duratracs somewhere along arapahoe rd. :)

I need a 'mud sticker on the ARB. Had one on the oem front bumper but haven't ordered a replacement yet.
