based on this picture, I think this bumper could be modified by cutting the fairlead mount (right along the crease where it bends up) and cutting the two tubes that attach on the side of the frame horns, then cutting an inch out of the front of the winch mount plate and welding back together. Maybe even two inches if you relocate the solenoid box and re-drill the holes. (also planning on useing HF 12000 winch)

I've had mine for a bit and have no complaints. Fit and finish was good and it fit well, easy to install with 1 person. I got some extra tabs from them for $6 and welded them on to the top of the stinger to add 2 lights. It fits my 10k winch with lots of room to spare. I've done a couple hard pulls with the winch and it doesn't appear to have distorted or bent. Clearance is decent, if I hit the bumper I'm on the wrong line anyway, and the couple times I've touched it off on something it's held up fine. I wasn't initially stoked on the hitch style recovery point, but it works just fine when need be. I did smoke my a/c drier on a trail though, so that would need to get relocated if you wheel it hard.

Probably not helpful now but my a/c drier sits in front of my cranking battery, you could get an a/c shop to move it?

I'm really starting to dig this none stinger version...

I got the bumper powder coated and st0lil there was a little bit exposed between teh two tubes so I ran a bead of clear silicone in there so that it doesn't rust.

I'm sorry if I missed it, but has the depth of the winch plate been written in this thread?
If someone would be so kind to measure that for me? I'm thinking about just getting the winch plate.

Look at post #103. Has a tape measure held up to the plate.

Pulled the trigger on one of these last week. Wanted to make a couple of small changes to it to fit my want/needs. Took some 3x4 rectangle tube and cut it up a bit for some receiver/drier protection, made a winch hook storage eye and a couple of brackets to hold a hi-lift.
