I told a story of what some girl told my wife when she asked her about the plate. It made its rounds in Chat now. I'm letting it ride because its actually pretty funny especially since neither my wife nor I had any idea at the time. The original meaning is so lame in comparison that I'm going to let the real meaning just die

Engine is out of the donor vehicle and will go to the shop this week to have the top end redone. Two motors and two trucks going on at the same time. Ugh. The motor for the LX is out and going to Martin Davidson tomorrow.

Its not that bad. I'm estimating I will be spending about $10k in the next month between the two trucks. I just got the word that I am going to India for a few weeks the end of Feb. so now I want to make sure everything is done before I leave. I have different shops handling all of the work so its actually going to be worked on instead of me trying to find the time. All I am doing is getting the SC rebuilt, the TB bored out, the Intake matched, the intake and exhaust ceramic coated, the head ported and polished, blah blah blah. Depending on the timing I may throw in the intake and exhaust for this 60 as well. We shall see.
And btw, I still have that blood-stained bandanna... But I wear it in the left pocket
I'm not hip with the lingo, does that mean pitcher or catcher?
BTW...still have that A/C stuff holding open your gate that you desperately want to get rid of? I can't suffer another summer in the Valley without A/C. I just won't do it

Got word from Georg that the head was replaced with a different one because the old one was wack. Supposed to be out of the rebuilders either today or maybe Monday. Things are looking up!

Yeah I know. I was going to do the V8 thing in the summer but the engine going on the LX forced my hand,
