31" dia 16" rims.

I also have this brochure downloaded from dobinssons website.
Where is the location of Dobinsons dealer in Malaysia?

Contact 4x4 Shoppe, Pandan Perdana, Cheras, KL.

Do a google and they come up.

Not sure if they actual dealer, but he said he can order.

Was decided better to take the body off considering cutting and welding job to do for engine and gearbox mounting.

A quick update. Apologies for the low quality piccies, taken with an out of date iphone3GS.

15B and geabox in the engine bay. Not final position:

Spring loaded clutch pedal. Vehicle was a former auto. If the spring loaded pedal not too good a servo unit will be used:

Still on stock suspension:

The trimmed sumps sits very nicely so no issues there. Also the old 24V alternator proved to be no issue too; however a 12v alternator will be installed as the vehicle will operate on this voltage.

A set of engine mounts were ordered from Sabah. They should already have arrived in Kuala Lumper. After alignment ready for full fitting.

The next step will be to roll out the red carpet for the welder!!

It's cool to see the absorber is inside the coil spring .

:p:p Does the mean the springs won't fall out when going over a few humps?

I think this setup works best on coil because it stabilise it directly at the same degree. By the way what is that pipe connecting to the absorber? Does the stock suspension has the function to control its firmness? I thought such premium features are only available at 100 series and above.

THe truck came with 1kz from factory and you are swapping it with a 15B, am I right??

The coil springs seems to be holding reasonably well...for now haha. Will see after the wings are back on how far they sag!

Next steps wings and then long/short shafts.

The clutch pedal is a little stiff. Should a servo unit be used as per the BJ engine?

I think the original coil spring will sag. +bull bar, winch, shafts, fender, radiator, grill and bonnet. They weight more than 200kg

Your DONK alone is 175KG heavier and then the winch 60+kg and bullbar (40kg) if a PTO and then you hahaha

Change the BAR to a light weight custom one.

Would appreciate a little help from kzj71 or 78....or anyone who knows.

What would be the height on a standard vehicle from front hub centre to the base of the wheel arch?

Forgot to measure...

Standard and aftermarket lc2 springs are not rated for the weight of a B series plus the 100kg or so of bumper/winch combination.
