New hatch emblem

After debadging my rig for bed liner, my hatch was left with two uneven holes from the sombrero

I figured I'd get a badge of some sort to cover them up (I've had them taped up for a while), but didn't want anything that would necessarily identify her as a Land Cruiser (throws off the meter maids)

So I went with an old FJ40 emblem

I have the chinchier decal verson slapped on the right side of the tailgate. Helps with my FJ55 angst. I always liked the FJ40 emblem better anyway than the "Big 4" that was on my wagon.

So, you going to drive around with the swing-aways swung open?

I think you need to re-coat the vehicle in another colour now - the 4wd badge blends in too much...
