Hey Scott,

Do your LEDs fit 1 on 1 for the dome lights of the 100 series ? I would really like to have them and not have to worry about the batteries running dry when using them during camping.

Thanks,
Niels

Niels, I'm 99% sure they fit the 100 series. The stock bulbs are the same size and the dome light fixtures are similar. I haven't had access to a 100 series to check for sure though.

Map and dome lights installed last week. Light output is fantastic. I de-burred the holes on the map light plate and the mounting screws dropped right through. Now I'm really itching for some LED door lights.

Will these fit fj62 dome lights

Yeah they sure will although it's not quite as plung-and-play as the 80 series. There's a lot of 60 owners running around with George's LEDs. Here's a write up I found on the net with info on the fitment:

http://realcruiser.com/domelight/

I will make the tabs for the rear light a little longer so they fit better. Also my LEDs are lower profile than George's were so they should fit easier than in that write up.

Door lights are coming.

Hey Onur the door lights are available for ordering right now. They are $45 each (same as the domes) but for a limited time I will sell a set of 4 for the price of 3. Just send a paypal payment for $45 x 3 + $4 (for shipping) to my account at supercarrera(at)gmail(dot)com.

Just a heads up that the special pricing for the door lights ends in less than two weeks. Midnight Halloween... :skull:

The LED’s I’m selling have circuits designed by someone who builds LED drivers for a living and contain circuitry to protect against the voltage spikes common in an automotive electrical system. They basically regulate the current and voltage so that the LEDs are better protected, last longer, and run more efficiently. I have a set of first generation LEDs I bought from George that I bought around six years ago that were still going strong when I pulled them to install these new ones.
...

Scott,

I didn't see this answered elsewhere in the thread: are your circuits designed to handle 12-24V like a lot of the regulated single LED designs available elsewheres, or are these for 12V only?

If they'll do 24V I'll have to go measure my dome spacing and see if I can fit them.

Thanks!

They are designed to work with 24v systems as well.

Hi Scott , planning any specials soon like the 4 for 3 that you did late last year?

Sure why not?

In honor of the Olympics and the US beating Russia in hockey the other day, I can extend this offer:

For the next two weeks,

Buy 2 domes and get a map light for half off.

Buy 3 door lights and get the 4th one for free.

Scott

Hey Scott,

I have these for my 80 and love them.

Has anyone confirmed if they fit in the 100 or not? If not, I'd be willing to give them a test fit ;)
