For PC I think it was in the $600-700 range for both.
for both front and rears? Damn, that's not bad, I was expecting alot more.

I'm paying 550 for front and rear, with sandblasting and primer.

You could go cheaper and not get primer, or prep it yourself and not have it sandblasted. My quote for just powder coat is 350.

Again... For both front and rear bumpers.

Anybody order around November get theirs yet?

I ordered mine Oct. 4th and it just delivered to the Fastenal location on Friday. Need to go pick it up!

I had some sticker shock when I priced out powder coating. I decided that, this being an off-road bumper and aluminum, it'd be more practical to just prime and paint for low cost and easy touch ups when they inevitably become necessary.

Exactly! For mall cruising duties, get it PCd. For off-road use, just prime and rattle can. Did this same thing for my sliders. Just don't see the reason to put a nice paint job on something that is going to get smacked on rocks.

PC will hold up much better long term, especially to UV. I rattle canned my sliders as well, but its highly recommended you PC a bumper.

YMMV.

Alright guys, here she is. Reverse lights and trailer connection need to get mounted up, but for all intents and purposes she's GTG. I will probably not tackle that until I install the front (and do all the wiring at once) anyway.

Big thanks to @Somebodyelse5. I wouldnt have been able to do this without another person helping. It took us about 5 hrs of actual work. Honestly, its not *that* hard. I know it looks intimidating, but it goes together logically. Bens directions helped as well.

I could wax poetically about how well thought out the bumper is, but everyone has already done that so you should be well aware by now. Let me put it my way: I felt like I got every cent of my moneys' worth, which is hard to say with a bumper that after delivery and PC was certainly over 2k with one swing arm. We pay a LC premium for almost everything, but this bumper is so well thought out and put together, for me at least, this doesnt feel like one of those times. Great job Ben.

@Roosevelt T that looks great! Would you mind posting a photo taken dead-on from the side so we can see the spacing between the tire carrier and the rear hatch/tailgate?

Thanks everyone. It really is impressively thought out. @Somebodyelse5 has a Slee rear bumper, and he thought we could do a front and rear installation in a couple hrs... until we laid out all the parts for just the rear bumper and he really understood what was in front of us. 🤣

Thanks for the kind words!
Looks great.
I apologize for the lack of packing list and powder coating list!
You will want to paint the head of the hinge bolt as they are not coated unfortunately.

We got All but one of the original introductory orders out last week 30 rear bumpers were built and shipped in about 4-5 weeks.
Again I apologize for the long wait and appreciate everyone’s patience with the redesign! It took a lot longer than I hoped but I’m very pleased and proud of the final product.
Thanks you all!

You're welcome and thanks. I didn't even think of that bolt, haha.

The one thing I haven't looked at is how the high lift kit attaches. Any chance you will have some free time to update the install thread? Or is it pretty easy to figure out once I sit down and look at it?
