I have been back from Maui for a few days and my printer has been running non-stop and I now have another small batch ready to go on ETSY. All 3 style cupholders are once again in stock and I have my printer making more right now. I should have another batch up by the end of the week. If interested go to the thread in the small business forum or just click on the link in my sig.

Thanks for the business guys.

If everything goes well I will be buying my first 80 next week. Expect a cupholder order from me. I come from a 40 and have a 80 pickup so this whole cup holder thing will be AMAZING!

Well the double cup holders are sold out again. I just can't seem to keep up with the demand. I have another batch going now and should have a few more available by this weekend. I do have the single and single with cell tray in stock.

Can you repost price dont want ti look through 27 pages
If you click the etsy link in his sig they are all there (if in stock). But double is 70 tray is 60 and single is 45. I think :p

I just got another small batch of cupholders up on ETSY. I only have a couple of each style. I will continue to print small batches of 2-3 of each style until sells slow down. At that point I will move on to my other projects like the rear cupholder, the "TOYOTA" badges, shaky mirror fix, etc. etc. I also had to make a structural change to the cup holder with cell tray. The cell tray part kept warping during printing. I was getting about 50% of those prints fail which was costing me a lot of money. I added some corner piecs to strenghten the corners and a removable break away truss along the side with the notch/window. I will be printing that as soon as the current print is done. Hopefully it will print perfect and have zero issues with warping. Once it's off the printer I will take/post some pics of it. The changes are very subtle and almost not noticeable, but hopefully they will be effective.

Just got a couple more cupholder up on ETSY so I'm no longer out of stock on the double and I have a few of the other styles as well. The cupholder with cell tray print with the new updates had to be put on hold. I will get to it tomorrow. I got some new filament delivered that I wanted to try out first. I now have another option for you folks on a budget. I tried a new type of filament. I have been trying to find ways to get the price on my cupholders down and I found some filament with good reviews for about 1/2 what I had been paying. Well..... you get what you pay for. I ran a double cup holder and a cup holder with cell tray and they both turned out a little rough and slightly warped. I tried using the new filament on shorter prints (the black inserts) and it still printed rough. I used the temp and speed settings that the manufacturer suggested and it just didn't compare to the PRO grade I have been using. After lots of sanding, acetone bath, more sanding, and painting they look pretty good but not perfect. They do not meet my standards so I can't sell them on ETSY, but if your interested then let me know. I will not be using that brand filament again. The one double cup holder will be $45 and the single with cell tray will be $35. That will include priority 3 day shipping. Those prices almost cover the cost of the plastic and shipping. I'm just writing them off as a prototype/lesson learned. I already test fit them and they fit and function perfectly. They look pretty good but I just can't spend 2 hours+ trying to make my cupholders look good. They need to look good right off the printer and this new filament just can't do that on these long prints. Just shoot me a PM if you want one of these prototypes. First come, first serve. I can have them in the mail first thing in the morning.

Just ordered! Almost bought the land rover ones before I found this thread. Can't wait to not have to wedge my drinks behind my ebrake or in between my drivers seat and door.

Well after the last few orders I am once again sold out of the doubles. I have one on the printer now and will do a couple more over the next few days. I hope to have another batch up by the end of the week. I think I have one of the cup holder with cell tray and a couple singles left. I'm doing my best to keep up with the demand so please be patient. I'm working hard on finding the funds to get another printer so I can better meet the demand. I have a small retro check coming next month and hopefully that will give me a good chunk of the printer cost. (keeping my fingers crossed that my wife doesn't have that money already spent in her head)

Well now I'm out of the cupholder with cell tray. The orders that came in today will go in the mail tomorrow. I only have two single cupholders left. I hope by the weekend to have another batch. The updated cupholder with celltray finally got into the line of prints and hopefully (fingers crossed) it will print perfect with no warping or cracking of any kind. I REALLY need consistency with that print. With a 50% failure rate on that one it is financially killing me. If I can't get it dialed in then I will be done making that version and will only make the double and single cupholder.

I got another small batch up on ETSY. This was probably my most frusturating batch to date. I really need the 19 hour print time for the double cupholder down into the 15-16 hour range since the inserts are another 7 hour print. I need to be able to get the cup holder, inserts, set up time, and tear down time all within 24 hours so I can make one double per day. Right now I am well past that. After some wishful changes I DID get a couple prints that were 15.5 hours BUT they did not meet my standards. So I now have two "prototype" double cupholders for $35. Those are not up on ETSY. If you want one then shoot me a PM. I did spend quite a bit of time sanding them and then running them through an acetone bath and they now look good but not great. LIke always they fit and function great. I was also able to get two that did meet my standards (went back to the slower speeds) that are on ETSY now. I also had the same issue with the single cupholder with cell tray AGAIN!! So I again have another "prototype" available for $30. I was able to get two quality prints from the 3 total prints and those two are also now on ETSY. I also have 3 singles ready to go as well. I think I will just have to stick with my older settings and only be able to make 4-5 cupholders per week and not one per day. This really has been a great learning experience for me. My knowledge of printing, using the software, updgrading and repairing my machine has grown immensely. In regards to knowledge gained this endeavor; this has been a huge success. In regards to being profitable; epic fail.

Sorry guys, but the doubles are sold out again. I'm already working on the next batch and this time I will focus entirely on the double cupholders this week. Hopefully I will have a larger batch of 4-5 by this Friday. The cupholder with cell tray and single are in stock.

hope you're ok Brad, the mudd slide looked bad
It was horrible!! I had to change my pants after all the rumbling and shaking stopped. The entire house and all the windows were rattling violently. I was sure the creek was going to jump the embankment and take our house. it came really close but the house survived. There were people hiking in the creek that are still missing and there were multiple buildings below my house That were taken out. it literally sounded and felt like a freight train was going through my front yard.it was a huge pita to get out of the canyon. I was in 4 low and lockers front and rear going over all types of debris flow just to get down the mountain to my wife. the whole family is now down the mountain at my moms waiting for the roads to be cleared hopefully we will be able to get home in the next couple days. They should have the main roads through town open today or tomorrow but our little dirt road to our house got totally wiped out and that's at the bottom of the list of roads to repair.

Looks like the hikers were found. I don't know the details of why they were missing or how they were found but I do know that there has been one casualty. Considering the amount of carnage in town I am rather surprised that only one person has died.
