All of the above parts are available through normal Toyota procurement lines in the US market.
You could also use an Exedy clutch. They are big seller for the LC and Hilux crowd in Aust. There was someone selling them for Toyota Diesels in North America. Exedy give you a choice of 3-4 types of clutch for each model

Yea I emailed Exedy. I'm waiting on a reply. I only see Exedy australia having the correct one.

Ordered them from Toyota only $350

When in doubt, get the Toyota Aisin parts.
You are talking about $40.
If $40 is a problem for you, you need to sell the Land Cruiser and get a Corolla.

My bad i should of said i have a flywheel from a 2.8 diesel the 3L
Just got the 31210-35130-84: CLUTCH PRESSURE PLATE and it doesnt fit the 3L flywheel
