Part number 9220883005.
This was installed in the rear of my FJ 60 for just a few months before I came across a set of thirds with lower gears and an ARB.
It is in like new condition with no rust or damage.
These are running around $400 + Tax and shipping.

This one is $300 including shipping in the lower 48 states.
