This truck has been for sale before, i guess by the op, but ive seen it online before. Maybe a year back or so?

A thing of beauty, Anthony. But does the 'D' light still work? And I'd love to see the heater Ts, lol. So, question is, will you take time to enjoy this more and increase drive time, or will it remain in the back of the stable? Enquiring minds want to know!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Tony, new to this fourm. I am from California. Recently my father has been curious to find the value of his 1998 Land Cruiser UZJ V8 4.7L with 7,100

miles on the odometer maybe even sell the vehicle to potential buyers.

He bought it back in 1997 one of the first 5 vehicles to arrive in California at the time. I will post pictures soon. Pretty much for the last 20 years it has been a garage

queen.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Tony new member on this fourm

I purchased this 100 series 98 Cruiser back in 1997. It was one of the first 100 series in California at the time.

For the last 20 years I rarely drove it maybe once every 3 months. I lost interest in this vehicle over my other cars I currently own. It wasn't practical for me to drive everyday since I rarely go outdoors.

Of course, both father and son can be named Tony but the writing style is awfully similar. I'm guessing Tony Jr. doesn't really own this vehicle but likes to post it on forums to get ooh's and ahh's. Am I right, TJ?

Okay Anthony, I just don't get it.
So why are you posting your rig on MUD??
  • Need a little encouragement to get it back out on the road?
  • Just want to hear all the oooh's and aaah's?
  • Are you thinking of selling it?
  • :hmm::hmm:
With all due respect, not getting in your grill, but just curious.

I guess I’m not quite so suspicious. Then again, I have the same name as my father, same handwriting as my father, and kinda talk the same way too.

I'm pretty sure you're gonna get a few PM with offers....

He’s started a couple of threads on Expedition Portal over the past year trying to sell this 100, but they always die shortly after the first bit of excitement since he has never posted much beyond saying “I have this, do you want it?”

It’s a beautiful example of the 100 line, and frankly I’m surprised Tony has posted more than once in this new thread. I’ll be interested to see if it goes anywhere else this time. I’m sure a few of the ExPo regulars like Kurt from Cruiser Outfitters, Spressomon, Rezarf etc will remember seeing this one too.

Stellar specimen buddy, amazing truck. And LOL@150k sample on Ebay, good luck there boss
