My ultra low mileage 100 series possibly lowest in the United States

I've owned both Desert Bronze and Smoky Topaz. They are not even close to looking the same.

My two observations:
  1. Smoky Topaz is subject to fading and oxidation
  2. Desert Bronze one of the rarest colors....people either love it or hate it.

Put this on BAT, $100,000

Seriously! I think I just saw a 2002 100 series with like 54k miles sell for $61k on BAT.

Cars and Bids has a 2006 LX470 with something like 30k miles on it up for auction right now. Any guesses on what it'll sell for?

2006 with 18K miles should fetch way more than an 02 with 3x as many miles. That person on Carsbid should list his car on BAT instead, all the premiums are on there.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Although, I wouldn't be surprised to see it go for less as it's an LX470 .... which for some odd reason don't seem to fetch the same prices as Land Cruisers.

I think Cars and Bids is a solid place to sell a modified 100 series ... or a 100 series with some miles on it for a decent price. But for a unicorn with sub 30k miles, it seems like BAT would be the place to go.

This listing forgot to disclose that the sale includes a P-car air-cooled engine as well. Uninstalled, sitting on a pallet with 25 years of cobwebs and rust developing in the intake ports. This is the only sane reason for the selling price.

I’m guessing that lx will go 70k plus. It’s so clean looks like it’s in showroom floor brand new. One of the forum members mention if they clean the undercarriage it fetch 10k more.

According to KBB the value of my vehicle is 10-14k 😂😂😂 I guess people that have offered ridiculous low offers follow this silly valuation.

Fwiw, that's not a silly valuation. The market for these vehicles is what's silly. No, a low mileage stock 100 is objectively not worth $30k+, but if someone is willing to pay it then the market value will be greater.

You're not looking to sell a $30k+ truck for $30k+, you're looking to sell a $15k truck for $30k+. It's just that the market will currently support it. But, to consider a reasonable book value silly is just... Ignorant, maybe.

60K+

It's insane but it'll probably fetch that on BAT

Your only input on this website has been tooting your own horn about your low mileage vehicle. You showed up 1.5-2 years later just to talk yourself up again lmao

Is there a criteria to post and reply frequently? I wasn’t aware of lmao .. I posted my vehicle because I was trying to sell it 2 years ago. I ended up keeping it.

I replied to a post from another thread. A forum member wanted to see my truck.

I'm all about it. Cool to see a low mileage and clean rig, even if some folks are sad for it not being used.

You provided some good pics (more are always welcome :) ) so I think you've earned the occasional "show-off" or reminder post.

We have an entire thread dedicated to people showing off pictures of their cars. I think it's all good. That's why most of us are here.
