Was relaxing yesterday watching some college ball, and after the game I was flipping through to see what else was on. Saw The Lost Boys.A few things caught my attention. I’d recently told my daughter she needed to watch it—she wanted to go to Santa Cruz and visit the amusement park just because when she visited. And I liked the movie and the music back in the ’80s.
So I figured I’d watch the beginning and maybe switch back to football.Then I saw this scene I caputred…
Well, sh!t. Guess I’m watching the whole movie now. Ended up watching it for Land Cruiser sightings and to relive a bunch of tunes I’d completely forgotten about. Apparently this is what qualifies as entertainment at my age.
And yes, my team won. Thanks for asking. (I'm sure I won't be able to make that statement soon, so making it now.)

Just this one… over and over.
I did laugh at one scene. Mom gets concerned on a phone call, rushes out from dinner date, and the Pig is practically doing a burnout leaving the parking lot. I laughed way more than I probably should have at that.
Either that Pig had some seriously underinflated tires, or they found another way to make 4,000+ pounds of Toyota look like it had horsepower.

I sighted a 40 IIRC on the beach in "Outer Banks" which I'm bingeing on netflix. Back in season 3 i think...
Awesome movie. Awesome sound track. I had it as a cassette. Movie as a VHS. Good times.
