Update, returned the front weathertechs. They blow. Got huskys and i'm much happier. Installed a speski pet barrier. What a great product. Instructions with photos would have helped it go faster. Other than that this is all I used.

What didn't you like about the WT mats? I have them in my 4Runner and absolutely love them so planned on buying some for the LX.

The quality is great. The problem is on the 80 they don't hold water. The water just runs down the side by the door sill and on to your carpet. The huskies actually hold there shape and contain liquids. I have wt's in other vehicles and they are great. Just not for the 80. I'm thinking about returning the backseat and cargo mat as well.

What's more involved with the auto climate control install?

There are temp sensors throughout the car on other auto systems I've dealt with.

Yes, the OE toyota units (used) go for between $300-$600 each plus freight. But i also found an aftermarket company that makes them and still has stock for around $200 each. (brand new) They only accept wire transfer as payments.

No, but you should be able to make something work from a hardware store. Be sure to get nylon washers as well.
