I probably have about 15 old wire wheels. Should I try and fit the Chevy 6 lug ones to a Cruiser....

Placed the roll bar and some dodads in the 75. Planning to move it into the garage sometime soon. In the meantime, I am working on a plan and collecting parts.

Picked up a set of jump seats for the 75. Also got a 4 speed set up that will end up in the fake 45 at some point.
Planning to start working on the 75 really soon.

I did back in the 80s. It's also the name of our rock crawling club. Although most of us have sold our rigs.......we still wheel and keep the name alive.

I sold this parts rigs to free up some space. I plan to move the 75 into the garage soon and get it going. Like the title says......this is the lazy build thread. Not my usual marathon build....lol

Game on. I moved the 75 into the garage. I took before pics to document the change.

Since we're already seeing temperatures above 110, I moved this into the garage. I can keep the temps below 90 with the swamp cooler.
I am not planning a full resto. Just going to do the mechanicals and polish it up. Keeping the patina and worn look.

Gutted the interior. The PO actually welded the seat mount to the gas tank cover. Lots of trash and years of dirt removed.
@newmexicokid I know you liked the sheep skin seats. Just gimme your address and I'll send them your way.....lol

Next is a good washing and the CLR treatment.

Washed it down with a Scott Brite and CLR. It's hot out so I didn't scrub to hard. I will hit it with the buffer eventually.
I also removed the rock slider exhaust system. It was toast.
