I have had this pig for a couple of years now (Hauled it back from Boone, NC) but I just started getting around to taking it apart. She is a bit rusty in some areas, but an overall complete pig. I am planning to get as much rust off as I can and get it back to stock. I bought a 2f for the pig but am thinking about putting another original F engine back into it. The original engine had a baseball sized hole in the block and I never had much time to work on it.

Last month I had some extra time on the weekend and started taking the front end apart to get the engine out and taking on the "fun" task of getting it running.

Here are the pics:

#1. Complete when I first bought it but rusty.
#2. Interior
#3. As of last weekend

Thanks bob. After I get the much needed bobm rockers and rear floorboard, ill hopefully be able to manage the rest of the rust and once I get a new engine in there im hoping to take it back to the original blue and white with maybe some 33s

More progress

Got a little more done on the 55 over the holiday. Stripped the interior and just keep finding more rust by the rockers and floorpans so I decided that I should go ahead and get my interior "Bobm'd" and I ordered the stimulus plan (thanks Bob)

That is scary. Hopefully my finished product can look similar to yours. I want to go back to that blue/white like yours

I got mad at my PS fender trying to get it off and almost folded it in half. I had another fender that came with it and I did some work on it to get the rust/paint off. I finally got my Piggy stimulus packages (Thanks Bob) and it is by far the best money Ive ever spent (the fender patch fits like a glove over the rust on the last picture
