Jp, wasnt 64 last year of the flip up cowl vent as well? John the vacuum 4wd works quite well if everything is there! Got a bunch of that stuff if you need anything, have fun with the madness.

I'll take a look. not sure the vacuum lines hooked up to the 350 corrrectly. Having a professional re-do the brakes and emergency brake.

Going to try to dig around LV door information. None of mine latch which I think might be important. All of the innards are there and a couple handles as well. Might have to buy a 3-D printer soon

Yes sir. When they started with the factory heater in 65 they deleted it.

John, contact Georg( orangefj45) here, he has some repro catches that usually do the trick( always hated lv door latches!)

Busy week. Got the broken glass pulled and there is almost zero rust in the windshield frame. I was expecting the worst. Getting new glass cut locally for the windshield and 2 side windows.

Bought OEM lenses for the turn signals, front bumper, 4 oem rims and caps, new M/T tires 32x11.5.

Bought an Emu full suspension kit with heavy on the rear and regular duty up front for springs.

Rear main seal needs to be done. Need door strikers and a wiper arm.

Hoping to get this roadworthy for the first cruise night at Gillette Stadium in April. Hopefully one of the corvette guys will want the 327 in it and I can get something else under the hood.

Traded Fogblanket a new tankless hot water heater for all of his old LV and chevy 350 parts. I definitely got the better end of the deal ut we're both happy. Going to save me plenty of time on the treasure hunt for odd pieces. It's going to take me hours just to go through and sort everything. Happy cruiser day today

Got a chance to wash the salt off this morning to see what I'm working with. Very few dents and almost no rust on the outer body. Extremely pleased

Surprised how clean the windshield frame and gutters are.

Desperately trying to find interior door handles, window crank handles, and a rear seat. Hoping to get this on the road within 30 days and I have no way of opening the doors or windows. Any help would be appreciated!!

Bought/buying a parts rig. Giggity.

Still need a rear seat though!!!

I only have 1 inner door lever. I use vise grips on the other door.

I wonder if the inner rear ambulance door handle from a 40 series would work? I noticed it uses a square peg like the LV's.

My employee's father owns a machine shop. I was talking to him about maybe doing a run of inner door handles. He didnt seem like it would be too difficult.

This is what my inner door lever looks like. Are yours the same? I know there is at least 2 different styles.

Mine are the same but my window crank must be out of something else

I wonder if it would be easier to make an adapter bezel plate to make a 75 lever fit the LV instead of reproducing the original lever (provided that 75 lever doesn't fit) I'm pretty sure those are the star type teeth inside rather than the square steel on the LV.

Even if I get the lever reproduced there still isn't the round trim piece. Making an adapter to look like that would solve both missing pieces
