Hey everyone, I have a few questions regarding a muffler for my 1985 FJ73 with a 3F engine in it. Recently a hole appeared in the factory muffler. I have been wanting to upgrade to a new muffler to give it a nastier sound. I have been looking at a Flowmaster series 44 muffler, similar to one that is installed on my dad's 1989 fj62. His rig has different sized headers and pipe than it does stock. I am not wanting to get new pipe on my rig. I was wondering if anyone here has purchased that muffler and installed it on their 3F engine before. If you have can you please tell me what the inlet and outlet sizes are and what dimensions of the muffler I need to look for? Thank you so much for any help.
